I got you set up over here, you just need to replace my example text and image with the appropriate details yourself. Don't be afraid to ask for help if you're stuck, but that should be a handy guide for putting down the important stuff you'll need. I see you uploaded a smaller version of the pacman image. If you're looking to shrink an image down, you can just do it with the code - instead of just using [[Image:Pacman.jpg]] to insert the image, you can add a pipe - that's a | - followed by ?px, where ? is the width in pixels you want. For example, [[Image:Pacman.jpg|55px]] will make a version of the image that's 55 pixels wide. 01:58, 13 July 2010 (BST)

There you go. You just needed to change the name of the image to the one you wanted, in this case Image:Pacman.jpg became Image:281skullbones.jpg instead. 02:07, 13 July 2010 (BST)
