Hollomstown Area Regional Defense (HARD) is a pro-survivor group operating in the black hole called Hollomstown. Inspired by the example of the DRRP in Danversbank, HARD is attempting to make their suburb a better place for those who are still breathing. Priorities include establishment of infrastructure (barricades, power, resources et al) and provision of services such as revivification, medical support and alcoholic refreshments.
