Background
The Government believes that Malton is a victim of a communist terrorist bio weapon. And we, the Final Outbreak Clean-up Squad have been sent in to eradicate the problem; by firstly dealing with the highest intelligent being that could most likely effect the Governments plans for the greater good.... the (already loosing) Survivors.
Once the Survivors have been dealt with (by training to kill zeds and evacuation), this will inevitably give the Government the permission to destroy the city, as they will have proved there are no more innocent civilians left in the city. In other words the rest of the world as well as the mass media would not perceive the event as mass murder.
The Final Outbreak Clean-up Squad has a secondary objective; it has been the responsibility of the Final Outbreak Clean-up Squad to extract all NecroTech Research on the victims of the Outbreak known as “Zombies”. This would allow the Government Scientists to continue with it’s own experiments (as NecroTech as been banned in the outside world due to a mass media frenzy). The virus research would be transported to an alternate safe location were it can be used to retaliate to the unnecessary brutal act of Communist terrorists.
Recruitment
In the possible case of the original squads inability to function to its full capacity the Government has given permission for limited emergency recruitment within the city to increase the squads success rate. All military personal still left in the city are recommended to contact Final Outbreak Clean-up Squad in order to return to their official duties as proper soldiers and to once more serve their country. Any scientists who come to the Final Outbreak Clean-up Squad will be shown mercy and given the job of monitoring possible threats and heal/revive the injured. As for civilians, they will be offered recruitment, although if they refuse they will be dealt with like all the others.

Zombies
As of such the Final Outbreak Clean-Up Squad do not see Zombies as established enemies, only a new life form capable of near impossible actions in the defense of the greater good. The Final Outbreak Clean-up Squad have been ordered to only deal with these life forms if necessary.
FOCUS Can not be taken to account for their actions
The Final Outbreak Clean-up Squad are only carrying out orders and are banned from showing any remorse in their actions. The Final Outbreak Clean-up Squad cannot be held responsible for any violations opposed upon the inhabitants of Malton as they are only carrying out the orders of their superior, the Government. The Final Outbreak Clean-up Squad is the servant of the greater good; to achieve this they must do what ever nessessary to prevent the crisis from spreading.

August 11, 2007 Was killed today by a human going by the name of Cologne Cloud. A military man, a traiter to the government, my initial view of the survivors in this suburb have changed. I may have to kill him. Seeing that i am dead, the mission is now over. Wil join seperate group.

July 28, 2007 First few hours after air dropp have been brutal. Plan to secure Grigg Heights from rest of city in ruins. Most of Squad wiped out by Zombies. Zombies are now seen as a threat. Civilians in Suburb have shown much hospitality to us. Sqaud down to its last few resources. Must adapt to Emergency recruiting system.
