After Malton fell into chaos, it became apparent that the state of lawlessness and terror would eventually tear the city apart. Zombies ruled the streets and PK'ers stalked the alleys, the people of Malton needed a voice. They needed someone to give them hope in the darkest of times. Thats where the idea of Galaxy News Radio was born. Docter1Guy a drifter turned radio star decided that he would be that voice, and took up the alias of Three Dog.
