(Outside) You are standing outside Ha Auto Repair, a derelict concrete building with revolving doors. The building has been extremely heavily barricaded - you can see no way to enter.

(Inside) A portable generator has been set up here. It only has a little fuel left. The building has been decorated with a European painting.
