this is surrounded by fences, not by walls, so i think there is a bug (or misfeature) in the area's game mechanics.
1) there is nothing that can be "painted ... on the wall" - it might be on the floor, on some box, on some plackard hanging on the fence... Maybe even some solid door be there - though such doors are not typical for zoo. But not on the wall - no walls.
2) it should be visible who is inside even when you are outside. It is Zoo's goal that animas behind fences be visible. So are surviviours inside. And Z, if they overtake the place. Same way, insiders are to be able to observe outside street. Shambler for Shambala 00:21, 12 March 2010 (UTC)
- First off.... all the zoo's I've ever been to have walls around the outside of the entire zoo. Second of all, why should I see anything from the outside considering that? The back of any section could be the wall itself... -Poodle of DoomM! T 00:26, 12 March 2010 (UTC)
- 1.1 - there is a Bear Pit as well, which is a pit surrounded by *fences* not-adjacent to zoo walls. 1.2 - i saw zoos where some buildings are built to the zoo's wall as extensions, but not so for cages. Cages are surrounded by passways usually. 1.3 not anyone told what zoo wall is. Is it 2m concrete wall, or just symbolic 1m fencing against good-behaviour citizens ;-P 1.3.1 from the street around the enclosure you can go to the north outside the zoo. I think that would not be possible if the enclosure be built as an extension of the zoo wall and the zoo wall still was solid 1.4 even if one side of the enclosure would be the zoo wall, there are three more sides that are the mere fencing. Anyone from the street can see inside enclosure - that is the very purpose of enclosures. And that means that from inside you can see the street just like the Lion saw the visitors in old good days. 1.5 afair when you're on the street description is told that the enclosure is surrunded by fencing, not by fencing-and-walls.Shambler for Shambala 00:41, 12 March 2010 (UTC)
