Recruitment

I've removed the ad you posted to Recruitment. You need to be careful that you do not delete other's ads when you post your own. Please follow the instructions at the top of the page for creating your own ad, or, if you're having trouble following them, you can try following the instructions posted here (just pretend that those second set of instructions are at the top of the Recruitment page...we're planning on using these as the new instructions soon, since the current ones are a bit confusing).
