Day 1

I found this journal in all of my old junk. Might as well record my exploits in it, eh? Maybe I'll have more to write about soon.

Day 2

I've heard that my work place is about to be shut down. Maybe I should look for work elsewhere... Malton looks inviting. Maybe I'll move there.

Day 5

Haven't been able to write much but that is because I've had to finalize some papers and other things. It's true, my work place is gone. But, I've found an apartment in Malton in the Suburb of Barrville. I hope things are alright there. Who knows, maybe I'll manage to learn medicine?

Day 7

The move went off without a hitch. I guess I'll look for work tomorrow. Maybe I'll find something. Ha!

Day 10

I found work! It is with the military though. Looks like my wish is coming true, I'm getting trained to be a Medic by a woman named Dr. Clarke. Yes! The Para-Medic! It's a dream come true.

Day 20

Been 10 days since I last wrote eh? Well I've been busy. Dr. Clarke has succeeded in teaching me First Aid. Not a moment too soon I suppose. I've talk from some of the Scouts that NecroTech is interested in Malton for an experiment. I wonder what it is going to be...

Day 25

Dr. Clarke just revealed to me what the experiment is. It's a zombie outbreak. I laughed in her face. She slapped me and told me to be serious. I hope that she was drunk... God.

Day 27

NecroTech moved into town today. Several office buildings have been bought by them for facilities. The military is getting nervous. I just worry for the civilians... It looks like there are three factions in Malton now.

Day 30

Dr. Clarke wasn't lying... It's true. The dead are rising. I was sentenced to death I suppose. I've been left behind by the Military and the Evacuation crews. I need to find a hospital. I'll try to help those I can.

Day 31

I've found a hospital. I guess I should take stock of my gear. I've got my Single Action Army that I kept with me in my Apartment, I've got two First Aid Kits and training in First Aid. Maybe I'll make it out alive.

Day 45

I thought I had lost this old thing in all of the confusion. The hospital was attacked, and I am thinking about moving on. A person from the DEM was here today. Spoke about the groups they have. The MEMS sounds inviting...

Day 50

I've been *ink is smudged* by a *blood clouds the word*. I can feel it... The T-virus flows within my veins...

Day 51

I'm going insane. And what did I mean by the T-virus? That is from a video game.

Day 60

Almost a month since all this began... I wonder if I'll find the DEM any time soon? So much death... So much UNdeath

Day 65

I met a man today. He said he was from Havercroft and that he was once a firefighter. He said his name was Adamska. We're traveling together now. Maybe we'll live.

Day 70

He's dead. Adamska is dead. And so am I. A zombie attacked us while we slept in Club *ink is too faded to read*. I've used up my First Aid Kits. I don't think I'm going to make it out.

Day 80

I died, but I guess that NecroTech is so great that they can reverse the zombie condition. I was revived by some Scientist. Once I got up I asked her where I was. I was in Barrville. Maybe I should find another Hospital and see if I can wait it out in there some.

Day 100

Twenty days since my last entry, and this is my final one. I'm leaving my safe zone again. I'm going to travel Malton and help those when I can. Maybe I'll find the DEM somewhere along the way. Either way, I'm going and I'm leaving my journal here for anyone that wishes to read it to read. Stay safe, whoever you are. And Dr. Clarke, if you find this, know that I don't hate you.
