Martial Law

Martial Law can be declared in any green/yellow suburb that has few to no ruined buildings and is in good shape. When Martial Law is declared any zombie that is not located in a revive point is open to be attacked with the goal of encouraging the zombies to leave the suburb, as there are no zombies located in buildings that need to be dealt with, few ruins and few sieges where the AP would be better spent. As the zombie numbers dwindle, quarantine may come into effect.

Note to Unemployed: It is recommended only random survivors and home groups participate in a Martial Law situation as mobile groups are more useful elsewhere.
