Backstory

Pre-Outbreak

Born in the British city of Liverpool Edward James Williamson was the son of a dock worker and a waitress. His parents would both work most of the day and come home late bringing in very little money. Despite this he had a great time playing rugby with the local kids. In high school his grades were decent, and he became a even better rugby player. Then Edward became increasingly in trouble with the police. Nothing illegal just horse play with other kids, but his father did not see it this way. Eventually Edward, and his father had a big fight where he said some unpleasant things. A couple days later his father became very ill, and Edward had to drop out of high school, and get a job to support his family if until his father could become better. They thought he was going to die but he miraculously pulled through. After his father became better Edward had learned to respect people. He finished high school with no more incidents, and didn't know what to do with his life. Then after some thought he immediately signed up for the British parachute regiment. He passed the tests and was sent onto multiple missions for his first year. Although he did not pass above the rank of private he did receive multiple awards of valor. He gave a portion of the money he earned every month to his parents who were now no longer horribly poor and lived in there own house.
