April 2007

April 1

07:00 GMT - Have decided to keep a journal. I know, I know; what with the Zombies and everything it seems a...well...silly idea but I think it's rather nice, actually. But anyway. I'm currently sitting in an old chair in Norgan Library. I recall sitting in this same place once before...before the "incident". That's what the government's labeled it, an "incident". Makes it so much less dangerous, doesn't it? Bet you a nickel at least one of them has claimed that this whole thing mightn't be that bad. Sounds just like a politician. The practice I did with my pistols seems to have paid off; I can feel myself getting better. Tried the shotgun; nearly did myself an injury! Lucky I had those FAKs! The walls of Fort Creedy loom up at me through the window. Hopefully one day we will reclaim it, and I will stand victorious in it's armory, rallying survivors to the safety therein.

April 2

24:00 GMT - Woke up to an aerial bombing. WHAT DO THEY HOPE TO ACHIEVE? Realistically they are far more likely to cause damage to innocent citizens that Zombies. Will write more later, I've got to go tend to the wounded...

April 3

03:00 GMT - Have harboured up in the Boutcher Alley Police Department. New recruit to the cause, thank god! Smokey Holmes is his name. However, I'm going to need a few more men before we attempt what I have plan. Very few people realise the potential of Fort Creedy...but I digress. I'm getting gradualy stronger, and far better armed! I feel like the hero in a bad war film; all guns and attitude. The only difference is that if I get hit, I could die. My armoury currently consists of 3 Pistols (two in holsters around my waste, one in a shoulder holster)and two shotguns slung across my back. With my Flak Jacket on I image I must present a rather intimidating figure. But perhaps that's what the times demand...

April 10

13:00 GMT - The last few days have been a blur. I can scarcely remember them. I remember the Fort. I remember killing Zombies. I remember a feeling of fear, then darkness overcoming me. And when I woke I was somewhere else. I can't quite put my finger on what happened...

April 12

09:25 GMT - I've harboured up in Giddings Mall. There's quite a few people in here, it's amazing. All these people banding together to survive...makes me feel, you know, kinda tingly inside. Anyway, I managed to loot a radio transmitter, and stock up on some ammo. And a GPS gadget, but I'm not sure wheither or not I'll keep that. Yes, it's nice to know where I am, but do I need it? I suppose if I'm radioing for backup...but then again...Anyway, I'm gonna stay here until I've got a mobile, and enough ammo.

February 2008

February 1

24:43 GMT - I've been off the radar for a while. Can't say anything in case this Journal is taken, but I will say that my time away has been well spent. I'm currently harboured up in Bryne Auto Repair. I remember coming here once to get some work done, back in the day. I'm working on a plan to get back Creedy - Think of the wonder of having both Forts operational! Must dash.
