History
Some ICH newsgroupers teamed up to play Urban Dead together in Sep 2005. After flooding the newsgroup with Urban Dead related threads, they decided to move the discussion to their own forum and enjoy the Zombie Apocalypse experience.
Organization
Being a quite small team, there is no need for any structured organisation. All members play their own game, but they keep in touch and help each other when needed. As of now, the only rule -loosely applied anyway- is to be at max 2 suburbs of distance from each other.
Recruitment policy
Although composed in vast majority by humans, the ICH Team is open to both species. As a matter of fact, the Team is a group of players more than characters. Its purpose is to offer OOC help to Italian-speaking n00bs, share experiences and suggestions or simply chat - in Italian - about Urban Dead. Therefore no particular character or member skills are required, just a decent written Italian and possibly being in the CET (Central European Time, which is GMT + 1) timezone, so to be able to play all together.

09:03, 30 April 2008 (BST): After a momentary hiatus, the ICH Team is reforming and enjoying the zombie apocalypse.
11:08, 8 October 2007 (BST): The ICH Team is currently working on two different areas of their neighbourhood, cleaning buildings and paving the way for other teams (DEM, etc.).
16:30, 19 February 2007 (UTC): The ICH Team is currently busy in keeping their HQ clean and tidy after several zombie crashings.
10:44, 27 February 2007 (UTC): The HQ cleaning is ongoing, while new members have joined the team and old ones are back from a leave of absence.
10:23, 9 March 2007 (UTC): the new members are now fully integrated in the team, while the guerrilla between the team and a group of feral zombies for HQ control goes on.
08:50, 22 March 2007 (UTC): notwithstanding the PKing of some ICH Team members by the usual silly kids, the team keeps enjoying the game and is planning the next move.
15:15, 18 June 2007 (BST): while keeping an eye on the guerrilla - today the HQ has been successfully reconquered and rebarricaded - many ICH Team members are now helping other teams (e.g. YRC) in their missions.
