Defenders of New Arkham
No longer active - WT 15:03, 7 June 2008 (BST)
BackstoryAfter the introduction of the quarantine, a small number of survivors stumbled across scattered research notes in New Arkham, referring to a permanent cure for the zombie plague, including even an antidote for Brain Rot, and some very entertaining cocktail recipes and hangover remedies. The Survivors called themselves the Defenders of New Arkham, as they had decided to stay and maintain the infrastructure of New Arkham, which would enable them to continue the research into both areas, as well as hold some excellent cocktail parties. How to unlock the cure however, has remained a mystery. And with cocktail recipes and the hangover cures lying about, other activities have obviously taken priority. And so the cure to the plague isn't likely to be found anytime soon. Feel like learning more, want to hang out with us, maybe even join us. Then click the link below: Purpose
Because syringes are vital. Because we are science based, and because we need somewhere to make our illegal cocktails.
Because nowhere ever survived a siege without the help of the locals. In other words, it is mutually beneficial.
Because otherwise the place is going to be a mess, and we wont be able to get in.
Because... ooooh, is that a cocktail? I'll be right back. Rules
You are not allowed to have any alt character in New Arkham or in any adjacent suburb. If you DNA character goes to the Mall, any alt in the southwest cannot be in the same or adjacent suburb.
We only spray graffiti within New Arkham. Anywhere else will get on peoples nerves.
The Defenders of New Arkham are a pro-Survivor group, and PKing is forbidden unless specifically approved by the group leadership. If any DNA member gets PK'd or we see any PKing going in, we may choose to report it to the Rogues Gallery on Brainstock, and collect bounties on the perpetrators if they stick around in the New Arkham area.
We designated a Revive Point at Methringham Grove (8,98) in New Arkham. In general, the DNA do not encourage Combat Revives. The Revivees can have a disturbing tendency to go on PKing / GKing sprees; tactically, it's a better idea to barricade around their ears, and squat in the building to await reinforcements and prevent the building getting ruined. StuffVery useful for requesting revives. |
