Vinetown Barricade Plan

This is the barricade plan for Vinetown, sponsored by the Blackhawk Nation. It is intended to be UBP-compliant, with the following deviations:
- Gelasius General Hospital is generally kept at VSB. When there is a high zombie presence in the area, it will be kept at EHB.
- Club Atthill is the entry point for Gelasius General Hospital should be kept at VSB.
- Corless Bank and Club Izzard are the entry points specified by the Mitchem Mall page.
- Club Threadgold is the entry point for the Maver Building (NT) in Edgecombe and should be kept at VSB.
- The Daniels Museum is the entry point for St Johns Cathedral and Goodford Road Police Dept and should be kept at VSB.
- Goodford Road Police Dept will be kept at EHB as there are four police departments in the suburb and one should be kept at EHB.
- All schools in the suburb will be kept at VSB to provide three more entry points in the suburb.
