Early years

Before the zombie invasion, Dub3 was an ordinary (Ordinary? You must be laughing at me. - your Citizen Chairman) citizen of Malton, passing his life in chamber #6 of state lunatic asylum #412. The invasion really changed Dub3's life by giving him an opportunity to escape from his prison. But his diagnosis, put in the asylum, influented on his later life: he still lived in the world, realized it, but sometimes saw some things, which existed only in his ill imagination (That's only your opinion. And I really saw them! - your Citizen Chairman). In June, 2008, Dub3 finally found out the zombie menace and necessity to join the survivors. He took the first thing, which could harm a zombie, at his sight (it turned out to be an axe) and began his personal crusade against the zombies. Closer to the end of month he gathered a small group of accomplices and declared People's Republic of DB formation. Nobody explained him, that survivors gather groups, not countries, (Really? - your Citizen Chairman) so the Republic was declared as an independant country. And Dub3 proclaimed himself as Citizen Chairman of People's Republic of DB.

The "Black Days"

After Republican birth, Dub3 started active political work. He appointed his nearest followers ministers of the Republic and occupied Sayer Towers of Malton suburb New Arkham and proclaimed this building as republican capital. Fortunately, (Foolish words... Again. - your Citizen Chairman) the fanatics were defeated by regular zombie forces. Seventeen citizens of the Republic died during the siege of Sayer Towers (that fact was announced as the "Black Days" by Citizen Chairman). Only a small group, which included six members of the ministry cabinet survived and had to hide in buildings of the Foulkes Village. They concealed themselves for a long time. Till the twelfth of October, 2008. Till the date of the second birthday of the Republic.

The new-born Republic

On the twelfth of October, 2008, Citizen Chairman and his ministers regained their power and revealed themselves again. From July to October they gave propaganda talks to regular citizens of Malton. Fortunately, nobody believed their false talks (You are liing again? Citizen Minister for the Internal Security, this man deserves to be shot! - your Citizen Chairman) Okay, okay, they believed! Thousands of people believed! And Republic is back at it's power!!
