Talk:NT Mantra

It's the first page that i create in this wiki so i'm sorry is i've broken policies or etiquettes. Excuse also my bad english and correct it for me, please. I read a NT Mantra a lot of time ago, but i couldn't find it again. i wrote this page thinking about my experience, so it can probably be improved. Interesting topic.

I've seen this page Linkthewindow's talk page, and I must say it is really interesting. We already have the Mall Defense Manifesto, but there seems to be no dedicated tactics for defending NTs yet, so this one would be useful.

One question though, what about combat reviving? In NTs we can use syringes at will, and with a powered NT we can even revive a rotter. Should the guide support it?

This is a point that i hoped to discuss. Personally i don't support the combat revive tout court, but i think that is somehow "correct" to do in a NT when you want to defend it or retake it (you are a zed in a NT building. The Fertilize the Land Policy is an acceptance. It's not here to debate the pros and cons of combat reviving. Its sole purpose is to spread the word that ONE use of combat reviving should be accepted by the UD community as a whole. That tactic is the use of combat reviving in an NT siege situation. Let's face it - a zombie without brain rot who makes his way into an NT building is just asking to be revived. And a zombie with brain rot who enters a powered NT building is begging for it. The purpose of a Necrotech lab, in a strictly story sense, is to wipe out the zombie menace through the use of revivification syringes. Why would survivors not use this technology to their advantage in an attempt to hold on to their most precious resources? --MamaMantis 21:45, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
