Weapon: Taser. Found only in police stations, rare (%4 search?) and lightweight.
One-shot firearm, affected only by basic firearms training, would take away about 5 AP from an opponent and do 1 or 2 damage.
It's an escape tool and novelty, mostly.
Zombie ability: Banshee Howl. Feeding groan is a pre-req. Basically, a special attack that uses up 4 AP, and frightens/paralyzes survivors slightly, %50 chance of doing about 2 AP "damage" to all survivors in the area, giving only 1 XP upon success (maybe more) . Primarily a support weapon.
