The Unwanted are those who do not believe in P.O.M.'s extremist methods. They are also those who threaten P.O.M.'s existence or beliefs. The Unwanted as you can simply put it are humans, non-believers, and zombies. If you are a non-believer stay out of P.O.M.'s way.
