Raseer is a member of fort creedy (CLERIC division) who hopes to climb the ranks. He will Serve the CDF to his death, and then he will serve in death until he is revived. He was a scientist who worked with necrotech and helped developed the bioweapon known today as a Zombie. He now seeks to destrroy that which he helped to create therefore he tried to revive all zombies he came across. THis didn't work so well because some people embraced the zombie existance and lived to eat flesh and brains. Seeing this he changed his goals from complete revivifacation to total pacification. In order to further his goal he joined the creedy defense force.
