Hey Draig. I've never donated to the game (I'm cheap), but as far as I know, you need to name a character when you do so - that character alone will be immune to the hits, though will have a 300 IP hit limit for themselves. Perhaps you've exceeded the 160 hits between the other two combined - they reset at midnight GMT, so you may have miscalculated your numbers by banking on another reset time. Other than those possbilities, all I can think of is that you've not put a character down with your donation, or put it down incorrectly. If that's the case, all I can think of for a fix would be to get in touch with Kevan via email and enquire as to what's gone wrong. Sorry I'm not much help in the matter.
