Dressed in a black and red leather tarp, fashioned into a robe, this five foot four inch man prays moonspeak as he shoots zombies.

History:

This burned-out military chaplain succumbed to the zombie hordes early in his career. Though once considered a rogue, this moonspeaking lunatic found pride in shooting zombies in the Dunnel Hills area. After hearing of the DHPD Chaplain Service, he rushed to enlist to purge the unclean ones from the city. He will also consul those unfortunate souls who feel they must jump out of office buildings.

Plans:

Collecting ammunition, and chanting almost (zombish-sounding, perhaps from his days as a victim) words while killing those who would consume the innocent.
