Basic Info:

  • Business parks occur rarely, as they are not a set structure nor do they show up in the same configurations nor necessarily in all suburbs. Subject to wide interpretation as to what a business park is, it would be in general center of the suburb, and consists of a nucleus of office buildings and towers surrounded by a periphery of structures that represent the hubs of everyday life and the heart of the suburbs civic services. Such structures include clubs, bars, schools, Police and Fire Departments, Auto Repair shops and factories.
  • The qualities of these buildings are not any different than others outside of the Business Park.
  • The business park is not reflective of any game element, but merely to enhance the backstory and metagaming.

Marking the pinnacle of Spicer Hills Economy, the Spicer Hills Business and Industrial Park is the source of the fertile business economy that was Spicer Hills before the outbreak. Between the MalTel Tower on the Waters Building, the Wray Paper Dynasty, and the Gyllet Headquarters and manufacturing plant, the Spicer Hills Business and Industrial Park reflects the successful business climate that formed the heart and soul of Spicer Hills' economy.
