About

Dulston Maintenance is a fledgling group in Dulston with three key focuses.

  • Barricades: Barricades are the single most important resource for survivors in Malton. We design barricade plans, repair and clean buildings, construct barricades, and renovate over-fortified facilities.
  • Tagging: Graffiti is far more than an anarchist's pastime. Tagging provides survivors with important messages, directions, and coordination. We provide tagging for revive point directions, barricade levels, and general information.
  • Generators: Bulky, fuel-hungry, and a target of zombies and GKers alike, generators are a necessary evil. We supply and maintain generators.

Organization

Dulston Maintenance employees fall into one of three branches.

  • Maintenance technician: A maintenance tech provides the barricading, renovation, and cleaning that Malton's buildings need. He or she is in close contact with management to reach assigned buildings, locate safe zones, and do the necessary repair work. Maintenance technicians may operate in pairs or small groups for particularly difficult renovation tasks.
  • Electrical engineer: An electrical engineer provides and maintains generators, installs and configures radio transceivers, and performs repairs in darkened buildings. Their work is difficult and may put them at increased risk from zombies, and so electrical engineers enjoy extended time in safety to rest or level up.
  • Building inspector: Building inspectors travel while inspecting facilities, devising adjustments to barricade plans, and providing tagged messages. They are the eyes of Dulston Maintenance and while they may perform on-the-spot repairs, they are more often reporting information back to management for staff to act upon. Inspectors interface with other groups in Malton and act as the meet-and-great team.
