You know whats funny and ultimately really sad. They dont even have enough ammunition to maintain a sustained action or even practice, their artillery is outdated tech which is scarce and few considering the size of the borders, they dont have adequate fuel, they dont have a mechanized force and relying on bayonet charges to carry the day these days is like...well relying on bayonet charges to win a day during the 21st century. If a war happens NK know for sure they will loose. They want to stay in power and this is just them trying to divert the attention and rile the people up and make them concentrate on something that wasnt the massive failure that was the missile launch.
