Lucy Emrissah woke up at 2012-03-27 17:45:39. And has since re-established the Barnerd Way Police Dept..

She works as the leader and Reconnaissance and Intelligence Sergeant within the station.

She is responsible for the monthly updates and main decision making for the Department.

Description

A tall, pale, black haired lady in a Police Uniform. She has a look of confidence and pride. her belt is stacked with different utilities, first aid kits, syringes, spare ammo, her baton and even a fire axe. Her hands shake slightly as she moves about. Her rank indicates she's a Sergeant of the Barned Way Police Department. A symbol on her shirt shows she is part of the Reconnaissance and Intelligence branch of the station.

Though she appears like a normal officer, the British accent of her voice is a clear give away she is not from around here originally. She was transferred to Barnerd Way Police Department as a scheme for British and American law enforcement to learn the other's tactics and skills, seeing how they can integrate it in their own way. Three officers from each country were sent to each station and department to receive training and to operate as a police officer in that state or province.

Unfortunately for SGT. Emrissah, she was in the city of Malton as the plague struck. Trying to cordon off certain zones and keeping civilians in check, the department was being stressed to it's capabilities. Slowly but surely, just like the rest of the Departments in Malton, Barnerd Way began to fall.
