Spec Ops Division has taken The Blackmore building in Ridleybank. Dulston and the surrounding suburbs are beginning to collapse.

NWO Spec Ops is performing a secret operation and recruiting. Dulston is being attacked by rogues Division and zombie Division and NWO is forging alliances to push Dulstons Martial law even further. We're aiming to take down the suburb and pro survivor groups within. Main targets include any group in the Dulston alliance. NWO has established 3 Divisions that are now in Dulston, but with the suburb in disarray, the group has broken out into chaos with the arrival of Rogue Division.
