Welcome to MapBot!

This is a work-in-progress project developed primarily for the RRF but intended to be a useful resource for all (pro-zombie) players.

  • The goal of the project is to expand the concept of the Mob Locator Map to a city wide resource which can track strike team targets, survivors, barricades and other information of interest - all automatically updated by posting dumbwit links to an IRC channel, streamlining much of the existing busy work and overhead of sharing information within the horde.
  • The intention is that this will also prove to be a useful tool for feral zombies or the more casual zombie metagamer (showing at a glance the latest location of currently active groups and potential meals).

The project is currently at the alpha stage, with a working prototype at User:MapBot/Ridleybank which has been populated (using the IRC client) with some real-game data. You can click around the map to explore.

Beta testing should be starting soon (volunteers welcome).
