Charles Becker was born in Malton in July 1959 and his famous for his bad attitude towards criminals. His parents brought him up in a strict, law abiding household and gave him the best education available,although, it wasnt untill 1979 when he witnessed both his parents shot dead by burglars in the dead of the night, that he turned his attention to stoping criminals. He joined a local Police department and quicky became known for his tough treatment of law breakers. Criminal offenses dropped shortly after his arrival and he was awarded with medals for both bravery and courage. His biggest achievment came on his 30th birthday when he was given a role as chief seargeant of his force,a position he still holds strongly to this day. He has recently (due to lack of criminal action and hunger for bloodshed) joined the war against the living dead and serves most of his time in Dulston.
