Oswald Osmond is the great-great-grandson of Oliver Waldo Osmond, the founder of Osmondville.
Although he was safely outside of Malton when the crisis began in 2005, he heard about the quarantine, and decided he needed to do something to help the survivors trapped inside of Malton's borders.
