i have decided, in light of the underwhelming join rate (zero), to re-organize this group to emphasize our core compency: talking at length about things we see. That's right, this is now a news group, and a violent one at that. The idea is to have a lazier, more solitary version of the |Channel 4 news team, and to refer to said news team at regular intervals in an attempt to look more credible.
The basic plan for operation is as follows:
- every few days, members are requested to post a short report of something that is happening in your area into this group's discussion page. in the interests of reliablility, you should (ideally) have been in the 5x5 area for at two days minimum (to gather information on local trends), but if you are wandering about and see 500 zombies standing in a building, make a note for the log. After i recieve the information, i will post it to the news section of the suburb it relates to, along with a link to your name (credit where credit is due).
On the unlikely and/or decidedly odd off-chance that you want to know more about me, or join this little guild, go here: User:Kaminobob. If you do join us, please post a message in my wiki user page so that i can update the group members number.
Our (my) previous policy towards PKers, Zkers, Gkers, zombies, and all the other "unsavories" has been revoked.
- despite the accusations of P/Z/G-killing this will most likely bring upon the entire group, i believe that is important to recieve information on ALL sides of the story, even if one of the sides is crazy and irritating. (*cough*EricHarris*cough*)
As such, any and all users of UD may post things they find to this group's discussion page.
Incidentally, members are called upon to petition in the boards for the addition of chainsaws to Malton. Chainsaw are SO zombie movie.
