Indictment or Courts Martial?

This is to inform you that an interagency task force of the United States Government, as part of its ongoing inquiry into U.S. military actions in the city of Malton, has targetted you and the broader Omega Company USCMC unit.

Initial attention was brought to your unit by the very public execution of PFC Walter Slobchak in Stickling Mall <note video of Omega Company personal, possibly PFC Lockwood, gunning down Slobchak in mall with declaration, "OMEGA Company ... BITCH!">. While the justification of the execution was debatable, and the public performance of said execution was done in a manner unbecoming U.S. military assets, our inquiry's interest has shifted in light of information alleging that Omega Company's roster may be the product of Zerge Cloning technology. In your case, there is a troubling genetic relationship between yourself and one Sam "Serious" Stone.

While there once was a black budget project covered up by the Pentagon to bolster its elite forces with clones, said projects have been deleted and purged when put under the light of U.S. law. Realize that it is American policy to never resort to inhuman perversions of human life, even in the most desperate attempts at preserving humanity.

A dossier has been opened and evidence and testimony is being gathered. You may offer information or testimony in defense, publicly on the Shearbank wiki or within my discussion page. We hope you will honor your uniform and participate in this investigation with complete cooperation.--The Envoy 13:05, 10 October 2006 (BST)

Interagency Response to 12 October Deposition

PFC Lockwood, the interagency investigation thanks you for deposition.

Our legal staff, consisting of attorneys from a range of civilian and military branches, can find no definition of a zombie as U.S. military personnel, even if said zombie was produced by the death of U.S. Military personnel. Such a notion would violate the position of the U.S. government that all zombies are a threat to the human population. Therefore, while any zombie of military casualty origin restored to humanity through revivication would be reinstated into the U.S. military, the zombie itself has none of the rights corresponding to U.S. military enlistment or commission, U.S. citizenship, or humanity. Thus a military casualty zombie killed in a revival point does not fall under Article 128, 10 U.S.C. [section] 928 and Omega Company USCMC is strongly advised to maintain and enforce its improvised revival points through nonlethal means. Also please refer to our communique with PFC Reyes re: further information we wish to obtain re: the Sobchak execution.

Regarding Zerge Clone technology use within the ranks of Omega Company USCMC, our investigation is compiling evidence indicating that Zerge Clone products, sometimes informally referred to as 'alts', are being deployed within Omega Company USCMC in concert with so-called 'primaries'. While Zerge Clone products are allowed amnesty under international treaty if said clone product and its primary maintain at least a suburb distance and disavow any affiliation with each other, Omega Company USCMC personal and their alts participating in Operation Thin Dead Line appear to be in flagrant violation of this amnesty. The investigation will deliver this evidence to you for your own review shortly, but as always the investigation will wecome your and your units participation in our investigation to the fullest of your ability.--The Envoy 15:56, 12 October 2006 (BST)

Precedent

Look into Ire-Awry and its leader Vincet. The Interagency Investigative Task Force, began it's inquiry into Zerge Clone shadow ops with them (OOC, basically Alt abuse, which you and your outfit clearly doing Lockwood/Sam ... feel free to continue to practice, but you should know by now that the practice is frowned upon so don't expect the role-playing "grief" to stop, at least not in Shearbank). They were taken down, and we're moving up to more flagrant violators, units fielding alt-clones in concert with primes. Your unit's cavalier actions don't sit well with the political changes going on back in Washington.

This task force is by its very nature covert, I'm the only public member, since we don't want to cause any more embarassment to the country by garnering any more domestic or UK media recognition, though we will be linking our findings to the legal and ethical officers of your allied organizations. I can only say that no element of the United States Armed Forces is above the law and if you're unit continues to violate international treaties regarding Zerge Cloning in the form of Alt and Primary fielding, you will be held accountable.--The Envoy 18:59, 12 October 2006 (BST)

Note inside an empty Bushmills Bottle left by PFC Lockwood's rack

Sorry this is being delivered "back channel", but my team's stacked with its own cat and mouse game. I left some "unofficial intel" with your liaison, Reyes. You may want to give it a look over. --The Envoy 06:35, 14 October 2006 (BST) p.s. sorry the bottle's empty too, but it's been a long night
