Danson Tapiro was a young ,upcoming and utterly charming as well as promising candidate for mayor at the time of the zombie outbreak...
Rumors are that, at an election orgy of his, undead hordes took over the scene and killed almost all of the young political followers of Danson Tapiro in an awfully bloody and disturbing way, while he was hiding under the speakers podium, with two representatives of the "prostitutes for the rich" movement... which he strongly supports...
He escaped and survived that day, but - after he waded through the bloody remains of his loyal canvasses - not as a sane man. Unwilling to give up on his plans to become mayor, he now takes the undead as his potential voters. The tuneful name of his political party is "The Tapir Riders of the Apocalypse" though, no one really knows why. Some hold him to be a very religious man with an unsual strong obsession towards tapirs, but this sounds too unbelievable (on the other hand, mind that he's completely mad).
Danson Tapiro is also known for killing members of the Malton police department in a very skillfull and mercyless way. Some say that, before the zombie outbreak, Tapiro was a loving and peaceful man, who frequently visited the local child-aid foundation, only to spread some happiness. But after that fatefull day, while he tried to convince some zombies to vote for him, an officer happened to step into the room and save his life by shooting a zombie. The madman grabbed his gun and shot the unsuspecting officer, in an glorious attempt to save a guaranteed vote. Now, Tapiro is hunted by the zombies (who somehow, it seems, have no interest in politics), the police and the mafia, because they are possibly running for mayor themselves. There is as well a mob of furious women on the chase for the wanted Danson Tapiro, they claim to have beared his children... everyone of them...
Tapiro was a resident of South Blythville, but no one knows for sure where he and his (unknown) henchmen try to gather voters now.
Adjustment
Contrary to recent reports Mr. Tapiro is not able to levitate! Furthermore he still is in possession of both of his ears, but his uncle appears to have stolen his nose many years back from now.
