voodojuice said "That was explained by M on your forum already, this is what happened." Meatballking was in Lamport before we decided to come back to the mansion. He kept up his aggression after we arrived because he didn't know that we were there with a specific mission. Mastiphal said "What Philosophe Knights or anyone else for that matter do outside of the CN area of influence is their business."But we will not tolerate murder for any reasons in or near the Mansion, unless it is a murder out of self defence. If a PK member would get attacked by a bounty hunter in the Mansion, we will tolerate the PK member to kill the bounty hunter."

voodojuice said "The PK will abide by the ceasefire for DD and CN but we can not abandon our philosophy, sorry."

Mastiphal said "And CN would assist said PK member, and remove the bounty hunter from the Mansion, as with any other visitor."

Masque said "That is correct. After this meeting we will continue to destroy the ignorant. Should you oppose us, we will still maintain the ceasefire until one of our members is killed by your's."

St Rafty said "Sorry gentleman, was downstairs. Ok, on behalf of DD I agree to the terms. I thank PK for the manner in which they have carried this meeting out with us and other LA members. We will however need a number of days to discuss the centres of learning policy,"

Masque said "Conan2, your point is well taken."

St Rafty said "and yes, naturally the ceasefire is non sub specific. However if you wish to enlighten others, make sure that if they are Lamportians they have actaully commited a serious offense. PK I welcome you to start discussions on our forum about other Matters."

Mastiphal said "Believe me when I say I have a strong dislike for the uneducated, but as long as people uphold the Mansion's rules, they are tolerated."

St Rafty said "As such about how we can bring Lamport together. Are there any furthur points?"

St Rafty said "Mansions rules? You on abput PK general stuff or mansion specific. I saythis now that DD will not engage in hostilities with you. If incidents do happen. We talk like the educated persons we are. Seeking retaliation would casue to much beurocracy build

St Rafty said "I agree Conan. M there is no guarentee of your safety in the mansion outside of LA members. All of Malton is non agression tween PK and LA. We will however aid you in conflict IN the mansion. Vice versa? Bloody excellnt point Conan"

Mastiphal said "Perhaps we can make the Mansion a safehouse, where anyone can spend the night without having to fear to wake up outside as a zed. PK can go educate people outside the Mansion all they want.

Mastiphal said "We will offer any assistance in the Mansion to humans of whatever affiliation."

Masque said "I am on my last AP. The Mansion is to be considered PK territorry, but there will be no aggression toward most survivors. Conan, SW corner would be good."

St Rafty said "OK I agree M. But not against LA members when you educate. So to finalise. Mansion non agression zone with mutual aid and protection. PK can educate but not against LA. PK philosphy will be discused in detail on the forum. Allround Malton ceasfire :)"

Mastiphal said "Please note that DD and CN are two seperate entities and the terms set forth by DD aren't supported by CN. We will do our best to keep ALL corners of the Mansion at EHB, so it's better to pick a surrounding building like the Church as education center."

Mastiphal said "Also, as DD only seems to care about the safety of their own members, unlike CN that cares about the safety of ALL Mansion residents, we would like to discuss our terms seperate of LHC."

St Rafty said "Mast thats not it at all, I was on about all of Malton. I just kept saying about the ceasfire. LHC is in agreement. DD was formed to help Lamportians and as such Malton. Christ, we care about all the citzenry, dont get the wrong idea."

Mastiphal said "DD has done a good deal of commitments regarding the Mansion like altering the cade level and changing things CN worked hard for to instal and maintain." We do not agree with all changes, and will counter any of these proposals untill an alternative has been found, although that's something better discussed on the forums."

St Rafty said "Ok, the mansion is a seperate issue, wack in on the forums and lets discuss it. I put up a treaty of co-existance, can a PK rep sign please?"

Dikki-sorry just got back.thanks for the great turn out and some very good points have been raised.as DD leader i will keep the peace between DD and PK yes you may continue your ways but as you said as long as lamport allience members arent murdered im fine what you do is your buisness and i believe this allience will be for the good of lamport and surronding suberbs But i have to say this i dont mean any offence if someone from PK break this ceasfire they will be taken care of.but i am looking forward to working with PK both in lamport and hopfully the council of leaders.if we need assistance where can we get hold of you PK members are welcome to speak to us and have a drink at the sidney arms.i glad we have sorted it out so now we can focus on our common enemy the undead imergrant scum.for those got here late you can catch up on the lamport hills confrence wiki page.as of CN i didnt like the comment earlyer about DD only caring about their own members DD is all about lamportians our people and we have done alot for them.

Dikki-yes caliga that is right and caliga you can tell CN we care for others.i dont want to argue CN but that comment was unfair as you dont know our group that much.as for helping out when the mansion fell weeks ago who was first in DD to to surcure the area and with great wildcard keept it running untill CN came we really love what CN have done in the area and we are greatfull we will help you out more just ask my friend

Dikki-if they arent killing for fun and killing for their beliefs its like a holy crusade.Im trying to look out for lamport and if innocent lamportians are killed an i witness it then things may change but ceasfire in in action and CN are safe.lets work 2gether

We actively pursue a non-aggression treaty for the Mansion, for all humans, not just DD or LA or CN."Some of our suggestions have been posted on the forums, and since my AP is running low I'll be discussing matters there from here on." We are open to negotiations, but we will not sacrifice all our ideals just for peace. There are a few things we need to see accomplished in order to establish meaningfull relations with the groups in the local area

Dikki-ok is see what your saying so PK all people in the mansion should be safe from PKing if you want to continue with your ways keep it away from our groups and the mansion as the mansion should be a refuge for all a safe zone it could be a last stand fortress so people need to be safe there.anyway ive said my part and on behalf of DD the treaty stands but i dont want fellow lamportians to fall in front of my and other DD eyes.
