Ah, yes... Sgt. Bop. Yes, we've had some trouble with him, but there are PKers in every suburb. He's a self-described nomad, anyway; I believe he's moved on already. As for there not being any other groups in Wyke Hills, I'd take a look at the suburb wiki page... at least nine active survivor groups, not to mention all the mall rats (generally a group unto themselves).
