A proud member of the Devenish Rangers, Cpt Speirs started out his campaign to help Malton as a mercenary working to help survivors. After many succesful missions, he decided to join the Devenish Rangers to become part of a group working for the cleanup of Malton. After 9 months in the service of the DVR, he got killed. Big surprise. He was so stunned at his stupidity he punished himself by staying dead for almost a year. Then he got up and got himself revived and back into the DVR. He is now an active member of the DVR.
