The rumors are abound. From malls to stadiums. From pubs to churches. The citizenry of Malton have heard that Omar from Baltimore was in their midst. This legend precedes himself. In Baltimore he is either viewed as a Saviour by those trapped in their homes by the scourge that roams the street, or as another menace playing in a deadly game. You see, Omar isn't one of the many dealers on the street. No, sir. Omar is the man who robs the dealers on the street. He takes their money and he takes their dope. That is what Omar does. If you ain't in the game, Omar won't bother you. If you are in the game beware of the whistling sound of the tune "The Farmer in the Dell." That means Omar is near, and he's going to take your money. In Malton, there is no dope. There are only two drugs of worth here. Alcohol is one. A NecroTech syringe is the other. If you cooperate, you live. If you don't, you die. So beware in Malton, all those that supply a needle to the hungry. Omar is here.
