The Malton Catholic Worker is part of the Catholic Worker Movement. We believe in the dignity of every human and zombie and seek to follow Christ's command to be peacemakers. In keeping with Catholic Worker tradition, we try to bring peace not by organizing negotiations between groups, but by performing Works of Mercy for individuals and asking them to refrain from violence.

Currently the main Work of Mercy we engage in is that of caring for the sick, both human and zombie. We are looking for several buildings which we can use for the purpose of offering hospitality to the homeless, both human and zombie.

Members of the Catholic Worker pledge to refrain from violence against any individual, human or zombie. If attacked we will bear wrongs patiently and forgive all injuries rather than striking back. We consider reviving a zombie a form of violence. We may make exceptions for those who clearly indicate a genuine desire for assistance in changing from living to undead or vice versa.

Anyone interested in joining the Malton Catholic Worker should post on the Talk page or try to find Leo Maurin, who is currently wandering in southern Richmond Hills and northern Havercroft.
