Suburban Safeguard for Wyke Hills Emergency Network. While very skilled, Ghoustra does not have many contacts inside the city. Trapped here while traveling through to visit family. His skills were wasted for a very long time just trying to get bearings on where he was and what the hell was exactly going on. Currently assisting in the defense of Pole Mall reviving.
