Over-'cading Kills

Any plan is only as good as its enforcement. I was trapped outside because some nimrods over-'caded Burt Square PD. Someone else tagged the building to say go 1N for entry, which likewise was EHB. Hepplethwaite School entry was over-'caded. Club Dowdall is also over-'caded. St Gregory's is over-'caded. The Blockside Building is over-'caded. Club Head is over-'caded. Beer Place School is over-'caded. Garrish Square Fire Department is over-'caded. Dinwoodie Auto Repair is over-'caded. Peter General Hospital is over-'caded.

Praise be to Barhah, some Zeds ruined the Spragge Building, so I could use the ruins as an entry or I would still be wandering the streets.

As for the plan I generally think it is a good idea to designate more VSB entries because people will over-'cade. Having very few VSB entries means when a couple of people over-'cade, the situation is as simple as walking a block further.
