VSB Buildings under this plan would be Whitlock Boulevard School, Attrill Boulevard School, Dungey Alley Police Dept, Cocker Boulevard Fire Station, St. Seraphim's Hospital, Blatcher Lane School, Breeden Way Police Dept, Rawkins Row Police Dept, Bagehot Way Police Dept, Montagu Cinema, Club Riste, the Stewkely Arms and St. Luke's Church.

There is a discussion regarding the designation of St. Luke's as an indoor Revive Point according to the RESCUE protocol.
