Hey, you don't need to resize your images and then re-upload them, you can use wiki markup instead. When you're putting the image on the page just write your image in like this: [[Image:TheOC.jpg|TheOC|60px]] The 60px defines the size, and if 60 is too small/big just change it to what you want.
