The Halberry Building is a location in the Borehamwood subdivision of Elstree. It is "a large red-brick building split by a large, diagonal crack." The "the impassable edge of the quarantine zone, with layers of razorwire, low fencing and concrete-slab walls blocking your way" is south of this location.
