Oh we're so devious here. Which is more than I can say for people who don't read the guidelines before posting. Voting is the democracy portion of this. If Kevan had to read every duplicate suggestion that got voted into peer review it would be about 20 pages long. He'd be more liable to shoot himself than code anything in.
