Welcome Hartgrave

Hi there Hartgrave,

Im kinda a newbie, but I have a level 7 science character Varon: [1]

I'm currently in Pashenton, but am looking at moving up to Chancelwood.

I know you're active in the area, so i'm wondering, can you provide any suggestions as to where to go in the area? I have enough xp to buy Necronet access, and will probably do some revivng if I can.

Also, I'm not part of any groups or anything, but would be willing to join if you're offering ;)

Dezonus,
The safest place in Chancelwood is by far the Haslock Building (69,5). Haslock is THEM's command base. We operate a revive clinic in the neighboring Curton Mansion. The only type of resource building that is somewhat far from us are police stations. There is another Necrotech facility in Chancelwood, but it isn't regularly maintained and operated. Most people in Chancelwood gravitate towards the Haslock Building. If you're interested in joining THEM, I'd talk to some other members, especially Dawn Daehlin (one of the founding members). I've been in the group for a few years, but have never been active in the political/social spheres because of time constraints.

Hartgrave,
So I've moved up to Chancelwood, and have gone to the Haslock building. However, I've noticed the suburb has gone green on the map, and checking Necronet there are hardly any Zeds nearby. Im looking to revive people, but unsure whether to stick around or move to somewhere else. I know your familiar with the area, and would know whether this is common or new. So I'm wondering, what do you think I should do?
Thanks,

Dezonus,
From what I can tell, things have slown down considerably in Chancelwood in the last few weeks. I haven't seen the suburb this stable in a long time, but, mind you, I've just gotten off of a half-year hiatus from Urban Dead. If the Big Bash doesn't go for us, I don't think that we're going to see a great influx of zombies attacking us for a while (as many ferals and zombie groups are following along its path). So, in terms of experience points, it probably would be best for you to travel to another region. Though, you could take the stability at Haslock as an opportunity to stock up on supplies.
Sincerely,

Thank You

Hey There Hartgrave,

Thanks for all the help man, it's been great. I'm moving onto Caiger Mall now, gonna check it out. They have an NT building nextdoor, cool as.

Stay safe, and I wish you and THEM all the best in keeping Haslock alive :)

What Happened?

Hey Hartgrave,

I just had a look...what happened to Chancelwood and Haslock? The place is in ruin...

Dezonus,
MOB (Militant Order of Barhah) decided that what we had going on in Chancelwood was too cozy, and they came through and tore everything up a few days after you left. THEM and other survivors held Haslock for a while but some complications thwarted our efforts when we were besieged. Since then, I've been busy trying to help neighboring suburbs recover while things get cleaned up at home. THEM hadn't created a defined plan to retake Haslock after it's fall, so I thought it would be a better use of my time to coordinate with other survivors in neighboring regions.
