It may not look like much, but this template can take on a wide variety of appearances, a few of which are shown below:

Use it to show other users what your favorite color is by typing in <nowiki>{{Colors|favcolor=your favorite color|othercolor=any other color}}</nowiki>. Whatever color you type in for <nowiki>{{{favcolor}}}</nowiki> will be the color of the border and heading background. Whatever color you put in for <nowiki>{{{othercolor}}}</nowiki> will be the color of the header text (so make sure the colors are different, or else it won't show up). Also, this won't work if the color you name isn't recognized by the wiki (here is a list of [[Web_colors|colors recognized by the wiki]]). You don't have to put in the hexicode, just the name.

This user's favorite color is black.

Usage

Variables

This flagbox takes two variables:

  • "favcolor" where you should enter your favorite color, which will appear as the border color and in the text.
  • "othercolor" where you should enter the color you want for the title.

For example, if you were to enter "blue" and "orange" using this code:

this would produce
