Glad you liked the suggestion, sorry it was unclear, but yes, you figured out what I meant eventually. I won't be resubmitting it, since I find that this wiki is run by folks that are entirely too obsessed with policies about how one discusses a game. I had an idea, I shared it, I move on with my life after it's rejected because so many, many other people have no lives. I read your vote on the drop gun, retain ammo suggestion. I know the guideline says no free actions, but sometimes free actions are OK. Like, you can log in for 0 AP, or reload the page, or receive radio messages, or drop things. The free actions rule is more about stopping suggestions like "punch people for free", because it would mean someone could just punch and punch and punch and punch until everyone in the room is dead. As long as there's no cumulative benefit to doing the same action over and over, then there's no problem with free actions. The other thing is, this particular suggestion doesn't give a free action, since you must drop a gun to use it. The AP cost isn't direct, but it is there. --Toejam 21:56, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
