Basic Info:

  • Cinemas are "shrouded in darkness" when unpowered.
  • Cinemas are Dark buildings.
  • In the presence of a fuelled portable generator, a Cinema's flavor text will change to one of the following:
    • "…a black-and-white drama film still looping silently on its main screen."
    • "…a recent horror film still looping silently on its main screen."
    • "…an old horror film still looping silently on its main screen."
    • "…a black-and-white documentary film still looping silently on its main screen."
    • "…a recent drama film still looping silently on its main screen."
    • "…a dramatic science-fiction film still looping silently on its main screen."
    • "…a black-and-white science-fiction film playing on its main screen."

That was it's motto, and it lived up to it too! Generally screening old news reels or B-movies the Chitty cinema was bankrupt before it started.

After it's screening of the classic 'Manos - The Hands of Fate' on it's opening night, it was clear that no one was really going to catch onto the whole Chitty Idea after several members of the audience gouged out their own eyeballs during the film.

Lord Pitman ensured the cinema was destroyed in the early days of the outbreak as he couldn't stand the smell of their god awful Chitty popcorn.

  • Please Keep this building EXTREMELY HEAVILY BARRICADED as per the Quarlesbank barricading policy.
