The reason why Zombie lord had the {{}} around his name is because it is a templated sig. It pulls the content from User:Zombie Lord/sig2 and inserts it into the page. If you want your own templated sig, then you could add a forward slash after your username and create your own. Otherwise, just use the ~~~~ after you are done with your comment. What Mis is referring to here is the UD Wiki policy on Vandalism, specifically, Impersonating a User. Basically, we don't edit other user's posts, because you wouldn't want someone changing what you wrote into something that you would never say (for example, changing your suggestion to be nothing but swear words).
