is this…

maybe this canbe delevloped into something like UDWiki:Wiki Suggestions. Some sort of organized method of making wiki update requests. ~Vsig.png 20:41, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
Essentially, yeah. I created this as a place to consolidate all the requests for changes which I'm eventually going to send out in an email to Kevan.
Having a special page for suggestions sounds reasonable. My only concern is actually that we don't want to flood Kevan with too many requests, given how unwilling he is to actually make changes.--The General T Sys U! P! F! 18:02, 15 August 2011 (BST)
Yeah that's my concern, too. I had some sort of community priority thing on my mind. Also, there may be some ideas out there that could be handled by ops. Really just exactly as it sounds, a place to make suggestions for the wiki. Some get passed to Kevan b/c they take sysadmin rights, others get carried out by sysops, and others still get voted on by community and such. There's too many places where wiki suggestions take place, a central hub might be nice. If that's too far reaching, a place to simply make a formal request for software updates will suffice. ~Vsig.png 18:07, 15 August 2011 (UTC)
Sounds like a good idea to me. I'm currently trying to follow discussions in about 5 different places in order to keep up with what's happening, so consolidating seems like a good idea to me. I would suggest we go ahead with it.--The General T Sys U! P! F! 18:30, 15 August 2011 (BST)
