The wiki cabal is an organization of users who mercilessly control the Developing Suggestions page in order to further their diabolical agenda of either improving or stopping bad suggestions before they reach the suggestion voting system. Their sinister plan threatens to keep the suggestions system clean of drama and spam, and they will stop at nothing to accomplish it. Actually, they'll stop at a lot of things, particularly if they're feeling tired or have shit to do, but generally they're pretty persistent.

These hidden messages can be signaled by the presence of ASCII art, but don't have to be. (for instance: if you !--- a message in, use it as an indicator, but if you just post a block of code you can expect them to figure it out)
